ORDER PROCESSING
Most purchases made with nima nyima will be shipped via UPS.
Please allow 4 business days for Ground shipping, and 2 to 3 business days for expedited shipping.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am EST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We are unable to process international shipping.

We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
We cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.

SALES TAX

nima nyima only collects applicable taxes in New York State.
We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in New York.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee everything we sell. nimanyima.com will only accept returns on items purchased throught the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at infousa@nimanyima.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the shipping charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.
